Refund policy

We want you to experience our bedding with confidence and peace of mind. If it’s not right for you, we’ll make the process fair, clear, and straightforward.

1) 60-Night Risk-Free Sleep Trial
(First-time bedding customers only)

We offer a 60-night sleep trial on selected bedding items so you can truly experience the comfort at home — not just out of the box.

Eligible items: Fitted Sheet Sets, duvet covers, bolster cases, and pillowcases.

a) Why 60 nights?

  • First 30 nights: Allows your body time to adjust to new bedding
  • Next 30 nights: Gives you time to decide with confidence
  • Real-world use: Sleep on it, wash it, and use it normally

b) Your return options

Option A: Refund (within 60 nights)

  • Receive 85% of your item price refunded
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to cover payment processing, quality inspection, and handling
  • Example: On a $200 item → $170 refund

Option B: Keep It & Save (no return required)

  • Receive 20% store credit instead
  • No need to return the item
  • Credit can be used on future purchases

c) Trial requirements

  • 30-night minimum use before initiating a return (sleep experts recommend 3–4 weeks to properly evaluate comfort)
  • Normal home use is expected and allowed
  • Please follow our gentle care instructions so returned items can be responsibly refurbished or donated

d) Sets & bundle returns

  • Sheet sets are treated as one complete product and must be returned together (e.g., fitted sheet + pillowcase(s) / bolster case if included in the set).
  • Discounted bundles must be returned in full, including all items in the bundle (e.g., sheets + duvet cover).

2) Standard 30-Day Return Policy
(All other eligible items)

If your purchase doesn’t work out, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please avoid ordering multiple sizes solely for the purpose of returning extras. If you need help choosing, our size guide is available to assist you.

a) Refund & exchange options

Refund

  • 85% refund issued (a 15% restocking fee applies)
  • Covers payment processing, inspection, and handling costs
  • Example: On a $200 item → $170 refund

Exchange

  • Exchange for a different size, colour, or product
  • Customers cover return shipping of the original item back to us

Additional conditions

  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges are available only for purchases made directly on dasos.sg
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange

b) Not eligible for return

  • Washed or used items (except under the 60-night sleep trial)
  • Items that are damaged, stained, or altered

3) Order Cancellation

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.

4) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5) Refund Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 10–14 business days after we receive the item
  • Once approved, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days in your original payment account
  • You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is initiated

Returns requested after the applicable return window (30 days for standard items, 60 nights for eligible bedding) may be refused.
